Login to CUSTOMER tab with your client portal email and a password of your choosing.
Navigate to "My Services" Tab and ensure your Service Logins have not changed.
If they have, Please Edit them in your current app You will also need to connect a card (In the Profile Section)
You will then be back on auto-pay and setup on the new system.
